Our former Philippine president Corazon Cory Aquino dies at 76 of cardiac arrest due to colon cancer. She has been battling this disease for months now and all the family is wishing is that for her pain and agony to be eased. Now it is granted and a lot of Filipinos are saddened by her loss.
A loss to the Aquino family as a mother but a bigger loss to the nation as the prime propagator of democracy.
